It would be nice to have sets and logic operators as well. I wish this come true. I'm disappointed that I paid 10 bucks and I can't typeset useful equations for my research paper.
pubDate Sun, 18 Sep 2011 21:20:44 +0000 dc:creator Ubuntuslave guid false comment 1077 at http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com I'd like to add my vote for http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/typesetting-mode#comment-656
I'd like to add my vote for this feature too. Pi cubed seems like a really handy way for me to create a library of reference equations.
pubDate Sat, 06 Feb 2010 01:54:23 +0000 dc:creator rory guid false comment 656 at http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com If I can come up with a way http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/typesetting-mode#comment-652
If I can come up with a way that won't cause more problems than it solves, I'll gladly add this in.

Solution is in the thread title ;) Typesetting "Mode" meant not to do this by default, but enable somewhere in options/help/not-in-main-interface, you can even put up a big scary "THIS WILL BREAK STUFF" dialog when enabling if it makes you feel safer.
pubDate Sun, 31 Jan 2010 20:38:12 +0000 dc:creator drazed guid false comment 652 at http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com The concern I have is with http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/typesetting-mode#comment-650
The concern I have is with confusing users. If I put in operations that don't do anything, even as symbols, people will try to use them and be upset that they don't perform the desired calculation. I don't have a good way of indicating that something is only useful for typesetting, not calculation.

If I can come up with a way that won't cause more problems than it solves, I'll gladly add this in.
pubDate Sun, 31 Jan 2010 01:14:40 +0000 dc:creator Brad Larson guid false comment 650 at http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com I agree with drazed.
