Hello,

first of all thanks for the great application! Really well done!

I have some things I would love to see in feature releases (as good things should also get better!)

- it would be cool if one could have several lines of equations, were the result of one calculation could be used in the next. Maybe one could move down to the next equation with a two-finger swipe down (another cometer asked for a ANS function, I think this could be a possibility for that). Like this on could write down more complex 'multi-step' calculations very easily.

- SUM and Product functions would be great.

- Matrix calculations would also be nice.

looking forward to future versions!

cheers,

mrb

It's always nice to hear that the application is working out for someone.

While my current priority is integrating a last few iPhone OS 3.0 features, then focusing on unit conversions, matrix math and summations are something I plan to add support for in the near term.

I'm not sure about the usability of multiline calculations on a device this small. I need to do some more interface experimentation to test this out. Now, if the rumored tablet running the iPhone OS were to materialize, this would be one of the first things I would do for it. That, and I'd take a hard look at adding internal plotting support.

Hello, thanks for the answer!

looking forward to your updates. Your priorities are definately set right (altough I don't really use units that much (on calculators I mean)).

i think mulitline calculations could be doable on the iphone size, because as I imagine it one would only see one line at a time (or maybe a faint reflection at the top or bottom of the screen) and would have to swipe to the next line.

And it would definately be great on the tablet!
