Sunset Lake Software - Bug reports http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/taxonomy/term/8/0 Describe any bugs you encounter with Molecules here en dB corruption. http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/db-corruption
Program is great first off.

One problem, the dB gets corrupt when shreadit HD is run.

The dB will reinit after its started and user added molecules are gone, however attempts to re enter fail with an error they already exist.

Fix is ugly..... Erase program and reload.
http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/db-corruption#comments Bug reports http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/crss/node/619 Sun, 17 Feb 2013 03:40:36 +0000 Syoung227 619 at http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com Lost molecules http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/lost-molecules-0
I lost about half my molecules list. I'm really looking forward to teaching organic chemistry with it now, with the additions of small molecules and PubChem support. I downloaded a few molecules that should have had double bonds (acetone, benzene) and triple bonds (benzyne, ethyne), but every bond was displayed as a single bond. I downloaded cyclohexane for comparison against benzene, and the geometries for both are definitely right, the bonds are all just displayed as single bonds.

http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/missing-double-and-triple-bonds-molecules-20#comments Bug reports http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/crss/node/393 Tue, 10 May 2011 19:00:49 +0000 snoogansbc 393 at http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com Missing residues http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/missing-residues
Dear Brad Larson,

Just to let you know, when residues are disordered and therefore have no entries in a PDB file, a HUUUUGE bond is created between the first residue and the last residue. Does this mean you do not calculate bonds traditionally? (through distances between atoms).

Thanks,
Selenium
http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/missing-residues#comments Bug reports http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/crss/node/338 Thu, 09 Sep 2010 09:21:57 +0000 selenium 338 at http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com Problem with a custom pdb file http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/problem-custom-pdb-file
When the length of the first line (COMPND line) of a PDB file is less than 20 letters, there are no atoms loaded.
