how would i select the 3x^2+2x out of 3x^2+2x+8=?
is this possible to do. I would like to be able to do this in order to insert selections like this into parentheses and deal with them together. i hope that this can be accomplished but no amount of tapping has gotten me anywhere thus far.

Powers of trigonometric functions display as (for example) tan 45², which can be confused with the trigonometric function of a power — tan (45²). I can add parentheses to make it clear, but it would be better if it displayed as tan² 45 or (tan 45)² from the start.

Due to malfunction I have to reset my Iphone (actually it is being replaced) I have purchaced PI cubed and would like to use it on my new phone. I have paid for the software once how do I re-install on my new phone?

I´m a new iPhone user and I did found PiCubed very smart and easy to use.

But I have a q about saving Custom Library on the PC by using iTune 9.

Tryed to save and then load om my 2 nd iPhone but when I started I found PiCubed emty Custom Library.

That was little scared becaus all my work with my own calculation will be lost!

Maybe I do some wrong but it´s hard to findout.

Ever since the iPad announcement my head has been buzzing with the possibilities of a Pi Cubed type app on the larger display. With that much real estate you could really do amazing things! Any plans?

When I solve a problem and get an answer, how do I use that answer to start a new problem?

besides deleting the whole problem and re-entering the answer - is there an easier way? like copy & paste?

Is there a way to easily turn an answer into a simplified fraction from a decimal?

1 - 4/5 + 2/7 = 0.48571428571428571428571428571429

35/35 - 28/35 + 10/35 = 17/35 <------ THIS IS THE ANSWER I'M TRYING TO GET

On the Pi Cubed App I can only get the answer in decimal form = 0.48571428571428571428571428571429

Can anybody please explain how to use this application to do that?
